Green Residential Building & High Performance Design Workshop
The Willow School, 1150 Pottersville Road

The first day will focus on residential green building and remodeling practices, highlighted by break-out sessions on green residential building and a review of the NJ Green Home Remodeling Guidelines. The second day will center around the commercial/institutional building side of sustainable design. This is presented through a partnership of USGBC-NJ, AIA-NJ Committee on the Environment and Rutgers Center for Green Buildings. For complete details and to register, click here. USGBC-NJ Hosts: Green Building Design & Construction: The LEED Implementation Process workshop

This workshop is intended for professionals who are familiar with the LEED for New Construction or LEED for Core & Shell Rating System, but new to implementing it on projects or looking to brush up on implementation best practices. It is also appropriate for those pursuing GBCI’s LEED AP Building Design + Construction credential – and complimentary, discounted exam preparation and practice test resources will be available in summer 2009 for workshop participants pursuing the LEED credential.
