Harry McLellan
McLellan & Bialkowski, LLC
Mr. McLellan is an alumnus of Seton Hall University School of Law and Seton Hall University, where he graduated with honors. He is licensed to practice law in both New Jersey and New York, and is admitted to all metropolitan area federal courts. Mr. McLellan concentrates on the areas of construction law and “Green Building and Sustainable Design”. He is frequently published on Green related topics and is an author of the Construction Chapter in New Jersey Institute for Continuing Legal Education’s (“NJICLE”) “Commercial Real Estate Transactions in New Jersey” (3 Ed. 2010). rd Mr. McLellan is an adjunct professor at Seton Hall University School of Law teaching Construction Law, and is a faculty member at New York University teaching Legal Principles and Practices in the construction management masters program. He is also a lecturer on Green construction related topics for, NJICLE, Lorman Education Services, and numerous construction industry associations. In addition, Mr. McLellan is the Co-Chair of the Construction Law Section of the New Jersey State Bar Association and acts as General Counsel to the New Jersey Chapter of the U.S. Green Building Council (“USGBC”). Mr. McLellan also serves on the Speaker’s Bureau of the New Jersey Chapter of the USGBC, and is a Chapter Representative to the Regional Council of the USGBC. Most recently, Mr. McLellan was selected to join the USGBC Legal Working Group in Washington, DC, to develop guidance on how to mitigate potential risk when building Green, and the Environmental Stewardship and Sustainability Committee at Seton Hall University to offer advice on a plan for University sustainability. He also serves as General Counsel to the Construction Round Table of New Jersey and is a member of numerous construction associations.
