Anastasia is Director of Sustainability at Gannett Fleming A+E, an award-winning, full-service engineering, architecture, construction, and construction management firm with more than 95 years of experience in a vast array of built environments. With over 22 years of professional experience in architectural design and LEED consulting Anastasia’s passion for creating sustainable environments crosses all market types. She has an in-depth working knowledge of the LEED rating systems, and as such, she was elected to the Board of Directors of the USGBC NJ chapter. Her expertise in construction, design, and corporate sustainability complements her role with project integration and implementation of sustainable design and LEED four our company as well as clients. Working in a dual role at Gannett Fleming she is part of a corporate sustainability team developing in internal corporate sustainability program and annual reporting metrics as well as managing LEED projects.
As a member or the Executive Board of the USGBC-NJ she is liaison for the Speakers Bureau and works with the organization managing more than 200 annual speaking and exhibiting events. Anastasia has spoken and taught at National conferences, education events, and interested groups regarding sustainable design; healthy living, energy efficiency, corporate sustainability and has been quoted in many publications including the Star Ledger, NJ Biz, regarding the challenges of green building design and corporate sustainability.
